Refund Policy

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our service or making a reservation.

This section sets out the applicable conditions for cancellations, modifications, or refunds for bookings made through our website or through partner platforms.

Overnight Stays
  • Any cancellation made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date is non-refundable, regardless of the reason provided.

  • If the booking was made via third-party platforms (such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Dayuse, etc.), the cancellation policies of those platforms also apply and may be more restrictive. The user agrees to review and accept those terms prior to booking.

  • A request to change the date may, on an exceptional basis and subject to our prior agreement, be considered.
    In such cases, modification fees will apply, and the new rate corresponding to the chosen date may be increased. No guarantee of availability is provided.

  • Any selected add-on services (such as breakfast, romantic decoration, massage, champagne, etc.) are non-refundable, even in the case of cancellation or no-show.

Day Use Bookings
  • All daytime reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking and are strictly non-refundable.

  • As a courtesy, and subject to availability, a request to change the reservation date may be considered, but without any obligation on our part. Processing fees may apply.
    No compensation or alternative will be provided if rescheduling is not possible.

Gift Cards, Promotions & Special Offers
  • Gift cards, contest-related reservations, promotional codes or special offers are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-extendable, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

  • Unused gift cards or bookings within their validity period are considered void with no possibility of rescheduling or credit.

Force Majeure & Exceptional Circumstances
  • No refund will be granted in case of inability to attend due to an event outside of our control (e.g., illness, vehicle breakdown, strike, weather conditions, etc.).

  • In the event of an exceptional closure of the venue for technical or administrative reasons, a rescheduling solution will be offered to the client within a reasonable time frame.

Sovereignty Clause & Acceptance

By confirming a booking, the user accepts all of these conditions and acknowledges that any exceptions are entirely at the discretion of the company.
These conditions apply automatically by law and cannot be interpreted in favor of the client in the event of a dispute.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is deemed unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be modified and interpreted to accomplish its objectives to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or enforce an obligation under these terms shall not affect a party’s ability to exercise such right or enforce such obligation at any time thereafter.
A waiver of any breach shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

 

Translation Interpretation

These terms and conditions may have been translated for your convenience. You agree that the original English version shall prevail in case of any dispute.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined solely by us.

By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the service.
